The Graduate Accommodation Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to Graduate Accommodation Office. This includes notifying tenants of upcoming maintenance visits, organising arriving tenants and liaising with site teams to assist the smooth running of Graduate Accommodation.

Our Senior Graduate Accommodation Officer works in conjunction with Colleges and departments such as the Disability Advisory Service and Security Services to ensure students feel comfortable and safe. The Senior Graduate Accommodation Officer is primarily responsible for the letting and management of the graduate accommodation portfolio and the welfare of the students as well as being responsible for the day to day supervision of the Graduate Accommodation Officers.

Our Graduate Accommodation Officers deal with the allocation of our accommodation and, in conjunction with the site assistants, the management of our sites.

They will guide you through the process of applying for accommodation, signing up for accommodation, moving in and then vacating.  They also have links with the wider University and Colleges so are a good source of knowledge.

The Graduate Accommodation Manager is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Graduate Accommodation Office and the management of the Senior Graduate Accommodation Officer, Graduate Accommodation Officers and Administration Assistant.

The Head of Graduate Accommodation and Residential Lettings is responsible for the Graduate Accommodation Estate which totals 814 units and the commercial and Professorial residential portfolio, comprising approximately 150 units, for the management, leadership and development of the Residential Accommodation team and the management and development of University-owned residential accommodation. 

Our site assistants are based at your accommodation site. They are available to help with any queries regarding maintenance, health and safety, and security.

They also carry out viewings and check you into and out of your accommodation.

You can reach them by mobile telephone or email between 8.30 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. During these hours, contact your site assistant in the first instance with any enquiries or problems.
